Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; you are not charged for the next one.
Who takes the payment?
Payments are taken by Paddle, which acts as the seller and handles invoices and taxes. Prices are in euros; your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Is the AI analysis a diagnosis?
No. The analysis is a cosmetic comment on appearance and your care habits; it does not diagnose or treat. If something worries you, see a dermatologist.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos stay in your private account. Analysis only happens when you ask for it and with your separate consent; details are on the data use page.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
For now you can cancel your current subscription and start the yearly plan when the period ends. For help, write to info@purefacelab.com.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
You enter your card at checkout and nothing is charged today. For 3 days you get everything in your plan. Cancel before the trial ends via My plan → Manage subscription and you pay nothing; otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of the first payment for a new subscription you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked: use the link in Paddle's purchase email or write to info@purefacelab.com. Details are on the refund policy page.
