Who provides the service
PureFaceLab (purefacelab.com) is operated by an individual based in Türkiye. In these terms, “we” means this operator. Contact: info@purefacelab.com. By using the site or your account, you accept these terms.
Purpose of the service
PureFaceLab offers sourced content about skincare and personal care tracking. The content and account features do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or examination; for health decisions, consult a qualified health professional. Photo analysis produces general, cosmetic comments about appearance; it does not name conditions, does not recommend medicines or products, and can make mistakes.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a paid plan. Use your own email address; do not share your password or the verification links in our emails. If you use a shared device, sign out when you’re done.
Content you upload
Only upload photos and information you have the right to share. Do not add other people’s private or sensitive information without permission. Do not misuse the system or try to access other accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms.
Paid plans and payment
Premium and Premium Plus are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions; current prices and features are shown on the pricing page. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales taxes and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Your card details never reach us.
Renewal and cancellation
New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial: your card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial; unless you cancel before it ends, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the end of each period until cancelled; if the price changes, we will tell you before the renewal. You can cancel at any time via Account → My plan → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep your plan until then. Analysis allowance
The free plan does not include AI analysis; Premium includes 20 and Premium Plus 60 analyses per calendar month; on every plan, at most 5 analyses can be run in 24 hours. Unused analyses do not carry over to the next month; an analysis that fails to complete is not counted.
Managing your data
You can edit your records, export them and delete your account. Before permanent deletion, keep any records you need. The service may experience interruptions; keep your own backup of files you don’t want to lose the only copy of.
Liability and governing law
We try to provide the service with care, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will announce important changes on the site and, where needed, by email before they take effect. Last updated: 2 October 2026.
