How is your data used?
Account and care records
When you create an account, your name and email address are used. The skin profile, care journal, routine, products, photos and reminders you add are linked to your account. You provide this information to keep track of your care; no public profile is created.
Service infrastructure
Account, data and private file services are provided by Supabase; the website is hosted by Vercel; account emails are sent through Resend. The Supabase project is configured in Frankfurt and the Resend sending region in Ireland. This choice does not mean that all service logs are kept only in these regions.
Cookies and external resources
Session cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete verification are used. A cookie also remembers the language you choose for account pages. The site code contains no advertising or visitor analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that request; when a security check is shown, Cloudflare Turnstile processes it.
You’re in control
In account settings you can edit your name, export your records and delete your account. When the account is deleted, your personal records in the app and the photos you uploaded are deleted. Service providers’ technical log and backup retention periods may differ; we do not claim that all backups are deleted instantly.
Photos and analysis
Photos are stored in private storage; access is limited to your account. EXIF data is removed on upload. Analysis only happens when you ask for it and with your separate consent: the selected photo, your skin profile, your last 14 journal entries, your products and your routine are sent to Anthropic (USA); processing may take place outside the EU. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms this data is not used for model training and may be kept for a limited time for safety purposes. The result is stored in your account and can be deleted whenever you like. This page explains how the app uses data; it does not replace the operator’s official privacy notice.
