How do I create an account?
On the create account screen, enter your name, your email and a password of at least 12 characters. Open the link in the email and press the verify button. If the Google option is shown, you can sign up or sign in with the same button.
The email didn’t arrive or the link doesn’t work
Check your spam folder and your address. You can request the verification email again. If you requested more than one link, use the most recent one; wait a minute before asking again.
I forgot my password
Request a reset link from the forgot password screen. After you verify the email, choose your new password. When you’re done, all your sessions are signed out. If you sign in with Google, you can also use your Google account’s recovery options.
Who can see my photos?
Your photos are kept in your private account and are not shared publicly. EXIF data is removed during upload. If you choose to analyze a photo, that photo and your care records are sent, with your separate consent, to our AI provider Anthropic to prepare a comment. You can withdraw consent in account settings.
How do I download or delete my data?
In account settings you can download your records as JSON, sign out on all devices or delete your account. The JSON file does not contain the photo files themselves. Account deletion is permanent and requires you to verify your password or your Google account again.
How do reminders work?
Reminders appear in your account; you can also export them to your calendar. No automatic email or phone notification is sent while the app is closed.
